We are an all-encompassing creative collective with a focus on graphic design, branding, and deepening visual connection through design. We are a freelance collective cultivated from distinguished graphic designers, strategists, art directors, artists and developers threaded throughout the country. No project too big or too small will challenge us, simply because we are expansive! 

Our collective consists of jacks of all-trades. We are visionaries, designers, artists, makers and creatives, all brought together with one unified vision and connection—crafting innovative solutions for all and the quench for a deeper connection. A connection that we find through creating and working with our hands both on and off the digital sphere.

We deepen this connection by experimenting with new playing fields and forms of innovation. We are visionaries in each of our individual trades. Which in unison we have cultivated a creative powerhouse collective known as Nxlte [Nolht-uh].

Rebecca Nolte

Owner + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Rebecca formulated her fundamental design knowledge and theory at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD)—where her drive, vision and voice took way! She loves working in all areas of design, but brand and digital design are her main passions. She loves to apply her versatile creative background to all forms and functions within her design practices. 

With a 10+ year background working internally and externally as a design consultant and director, Rebecca has worked with Fortune 500 companies, start ups, and everyone in between. As a design consultant working in the digital realm, it is always her goal to incorporate her fine-arts background, her love of nature, her natural curiosity, as well as the action of crafting with her hands—into her process. This process provides new insight, inspiration and ultimately helps break beyond the screen. Breaking beyond the screen gives her work a strategic edge, depth and of course a definitive creative voice and vision.
